NutraTrak is software you or a host run. There is no single global support desk unless you subscribe through a vendor who provides one.

If someone invited you to their NutraTrak instance, ask them first for help with accounts, outages, or data questions.

If you are trying the app yourself, use FAQ for product questions and Sign in to reach your diary after you create an account.
