Prices are loaded from admin Customer Plans and should match Stripe Checkout. Annual savings are calculated from each plan's monthly and annual price. Analytics access is enforced in-app for PLUS and PRO on User.subscriptionTier. Signed-in users with Stripe configured can use Subscribe with Stripe; webhooks at /api/webhooks/stripe keep the tier in sync.
