Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NutraTrak meal-tracking application and related Calzone-branded experiences (the “Service”) operated by the entity that hosts your deployment (“we,” “us,” or “Operator”).

By creating an account or using paid features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

NutraTrak helps you log meals, hydration, goals, and related nutrition information. Features may include food search, custom foods, analytics, optional AI-assisted meal estimates, gamification, and subscription tiers (Starter, Plus, Pro).

Nutrition data is provided for informational purposes only. The Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical guidance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or the Operator.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Billing Portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

One-time purchases (such as AI credit packs) are charged once at checkout. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We may change plan prices for new subscriptions. We will provide notice where required by law before price changes affect an existing subscription.

Referral and partner program

Eligible partners may participate in a referral program and earn commissions when referred users maintain qualifying paid subscriptions, subject to program rules, hold periods, and payout thresholds.

Partner payouts may be processed through Stripe Connect. Partners must complete Stripe onboarding and provide accurate tax and payout information.

We may withhold, adjust, or reverse unpaid commissions for refunded subscriptions, chargebacks, fraud, or violations of program rules. Paid commissions that must be reversed may be recovered according to applicable law and Stripe policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, resell access without permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as custom foods and diary entries). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
